New Experience (for us both)

I'm painting a baby! Those of you who know me will be astounded; I'm quite surprised myself! I've never painted a baby before and it bears no relation to painting an adult. The baby is called Isla and is less than a week old. I've tried asking her to keep still and my pleas fell on deaf ears. We lay her down facing me and she immediately turns to face the other way - who can blame her I hear you mutter. She kicks her legs, waggles her arms and pulls some pretty alarming faces but at least I manage to cover the canvas with paint over the course of an afternoon. I'll have another crack at it tomorrow
